Music brings people together. Our children learn to take pride in singing for their community, which benefits all of us!​ Music not only helps us connect; it helps us express our emotions.
Studies at both Yale and Harvard shows us that music reduces stress. And a researcher at Tufts University says that music also stimulates the brain*.
